Thursday, November 12

 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – Homeland Park Elementary

The vaccination is voluntary and the decision is left to the parent. Parents were asked to sign a consent form in order for their child to receive a vaccination. Parents are welcome to accompany their children when they receive the vaccination, but are not required to be present. Other District Five schools will serve as DHEC vaccination sites in the future. We will inform parents when additional schools are scheduled by DHEC.
