Conversation with Muslim Women on Islam Set for Jan. 13

The Greater Anderson Interfaith Network (GAIN) will host a panel discussion Jan, 13 at 2 p.m. at the Anderson County Library.  The goal of the meeting is a informed discussion with local Muslims on common misconceptions about Islam in general and Muslims in particular.  Each panelist will offer her own perspective on a range of topics and then answer questions from the audience. Light refreshments will be served.

Greater Anderson Interfaith Network's Finding Common Ground project aims to build bridges of understanding between residents and visitors within the greater Anderson community. This program is sponsored by Islamic Society of Clemson in cooperation with GAIN (Greater Anderson Interfaith Network), Anderson County Human Relations Council and Anderson County Library.
