14th Annual Saluda River Rally has Cool Weather, Good Water

Around 300 kayakers and tubers from more than 10 states hit the water as cool weather and good water greeted participants who took part in this year's 14th Annual Saluda River Rally which launched from the upgraded facilities at Dolly Cooper Park.
