250 Hit the Water in 13th Annual Saluda River Rally

The 13th Annual Saluda River Rally brought in close to 250 kayakers who launched their boats Saturday morning from Dolly Cooper Launch. This year's event featured an additional Americans with Disabilities Act launch dock as well as other improvements to the park, included expanded camping for the weekend of the rally.
