City to Consider Request to Annex Midway Presbyterian Church Property
The City of Anderson will consider a request from a petition to annex and zone property owned and occupied by Midway Presbyterian Church at 3238 Midway Road.
The church is requesting the annexation to receive city services. The property is contiguous to the city limits and is in an area where the city boundaries have expanded in recent years. City Council will consider the recommendation to refer the request to the City of Anderson Planning Commission which meets July 11.
The city will also vote on the fiscal year 2023-24 budget as part of the regularly scheduled meeting Monday in city council chambers.
