Final Push Event for Westside Community Center Roof April 25

Observer Reports

The Westside Community Center will host a “Get Me Through the Roof” campaign event April 25 from 8:30-11 a.m. to help raise the final $15,000 in funding needed for the project to replace the facility’s roof.

Located in an under-resourced community, the center provides services in the areas of healthcare, education, and includes an extension library and a police sub-station, childcare and after-school care.

Without a new roof they would not be able to continue the services they have been providing for the last 30 years.
