Final Tally Confirms Solid Victories for Sanders, Biggs

The final official results for Tuesday’s South Carolina runoff elections revealed final numbers slightly higher than the unofficial results.
In the S.C. House Dist. 9 race, Blake Sanders won winning by 296 votes, with 1,970 votes compared to James Galyean’s 1,674.
Sanders is unopposed in the November election.
In the United States House of Representatives Dist. 3 race, Sheri Biggs won by 960 votes, with 7,930 votes to Mark Burns 6,970 votes.
Biggs will face Democrat Bryon Best and Mike Bedenbaugh of the Alliance Party in November.
