Fraenkische USA Plant to Close Anderson Plant in April

The Anderson manufacturing plant Fraenkische USA, will be closing for good in April.

The facility, which manufactures plastic corrugated tubing and assemblies for the automotive and industrial markets, employs 134 according to Anderson County Administrator Rusty Burns.

Anderson County is working to schedule a job for those who will lose their jobs at the plant.

The company expanded their North American headquarters in Anderson in 2013, and does not own the property or buildings which they occupy.
