New Dist. 5 Superintendent Looks to Engage Community in Education

From substitute teacher to superintendent, Anderson School Dist. 5’s new superintendent has not missed many opportunities to serve the district.
Brenda Kelley has also been a teacher, assistant principal, principal, executive director of early childhood and elementary instruction, and Deputy Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent for Instructional Services in the district.
Kelley is excited about her first year at the helm and is looking forward to engaging all students, faculty and staff to find their best selves in the upcoming school year. She talks about growth, safety and other plans in this interview with the Anderson Observer.
