Voter Registration Deadline for Fork No. 2 Referendum July 9

A referendum in the Fork No. 2 voting precinct to provide zoning is set for Aug. 8. The referendum is the result of a petition of residents who live in the district near Townville.

For those not already registered to vote, the deadline to register for this vote is July 9. Registered voters who have moved are also encouraged to update registration before the deadline.  

Online registration at SC.Votes.org, must be completed before midnight July 9. A valid South Carolina driver’s license or S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles ID card are required for online registration. Citizens may also register in person at the Anderson County Voter Registration and Elections office in downtown Anderson.
