"Boo in the Park" Brings Halloween Crowd to Williamston

Greg Wilson/Anderson Observer

Perfect fall weather greeted an estimated crowd of more than 3,000 revelers lined up across the entrance and wound down the path inside Mineral Springs Park in Williamston on Saturday for the town’s annual “Boo in the Park” Halloween event.

Families with costumed kids filled bags with candy, competed in a costume contest and enjoyed the playground for the four-hour holiday offering.
