46th Spring Jubilee Brings Big Crowd to Pendleton

Early morning rain did not dampen spirits for the kick off of the 46th annual Pendleton Spring Jubilee.

Storms and heavy rain stopped just as the festival opened, and by noon crowds filled the streets of the town to check out the work of artists from across the country and enjoy the food, music and atmosphere of the popular festival.
