Belton Busy with Activities, Managing Growth
Greg Wilson/.Anderson Observer
The City of Belton posted a strong economic first quarter, and officials expect it to continue into the Spring and Summer.
New housing starts, a new toy store downtown and a series of events highlighting the city’s rich tennis history are among the activities marking growth in Belton.
In addition, the S.C. Chili Cookoff is set for April 22, with cooks from across the country competing for a spot at the national championship, and Standpipe Sounds is preparing to announce their Summer concert series.
