APG to Expand Belton Site, Add 26 New Jobs

Additive Plastics Group, LLC (APG), a premier manufacturer of color and additive concentrates, specialty compounds and custom engineered products, confirmed on Wednesday $6.2 million expansion in Anderson County which will create 26 new jobs.

The company plans to upgrade its existing facility in Belton and add a new, 25,000-square-foot building at the same site to accommodate increased logistics demand. The new operations are expected to be up and running by Oct. 2024.

“We are very delighted with this announcement and are always happy when investment is spread across Anderson County,” said Anderson County Administrator Rusty Burns.

APG custom formulates and compounds a broad variety of polymers, enhancing both the aesthetic and mechanical performance of these materials, while supporting a wide variety of industries and applications. 

“Thank you to Additive Plastics Group, Inc. for bringing quality jobs creation and investment to an area of Anderson County where it is much needed,” said Anderson County Councilwoman M. Cindy Wilson who represents the district which is home to the company.
