Council to Honor Pinson, Christopher Tuesday

Anderson County Council will honor Joe Frank Pinson for a lifetime of community service and Anderson Area Chamber President Pamela Christopher for her appointment as Chairman of the South Carolina Department of Transportation Commission at the recognition meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the historic courthouse downtown.
At the regular 6:30 p.m. meeting to follow, council will vote on tax incentives for a project that is part of a joint Anderson-Greenville County industrial park.
