Sullivan to Join County Council Tuesday

Anderson County Council will swear in a new member as part of the first meeting of 2025 Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Anderson County Civic Center.
Chris Sullivan, who ran unopposed in both the primary and general election, will take the Dist. 1 seat formerly held by John Wright, Jr.
Council will also give final vote a bond issue not to exceed $35 million by the Anderson County Detention Facilities Corporation to provide new funds for the County Jail Project.
