Superintendent: Dist. One Ready for Demands of Rapid Growth

Anderson School Dist. 1 Superintendent Robbie Binnicker, starting his fifth year at the helm of the county’s second largest school district, is pleased with the direction and accomplishments of the 14 schools over the past year.
Binnicker said the district is working to meet the academic and facilities challenges of a student population that is growing by almost 400 each school year.
He said the growth of Professional Learning Communities in the district is one of the keys to high achievement, and discussed other news from the district in this interview with the Anderson Observer.
