What sparks innovation? The new exhibit at the Belton Area Museum Association (BAMA) features the Smithsonian traveling exhibit, “Spark! Places of Innovation,” beginning Sunday at 3 p.m.
This exhibit explores how places, people, and circumstances spark innovation and invention in rural communities and include photographs, videos, interactive areas, and digital stories aimed to display the experience of the leaders, challenges, successes, and future of innovation in each town.
The exhibit is free and open to public and will run through April 12.
The museum is open Wednesday-Friday 9 a.m.-2 p.m., and Saturdays 10 a.m.-noon. Special tours can be arranged at other times by contacting the museum at 864-338-7400 or emailing beltonmuseum@bellsouth.net.
